02. Maybe, Maybe Not

There are times you reminisce upon past episodes

How they strike and stir up emotions

Sometimes you wish there are some part of your life

You could tear out and pretend it never happened

But it did after all

How I wish life was like a thick sketchbook

Where pages can be torn

Ceasing to realize we leave marks behind

And like a ripple effect

When you sketch too hard

You leave a trace behind on the next page

You squeeze your eyes shut

praying it to be a dream

But you still feel pain, anguish, disappointment

You do your routine

But everyday you achieve a different angle

A different perspective for life

I tripped too much on my mistakes

So much I am still living with them

There are times you'd die to be ordinary

But are they worth killing for?

What would you have achieved then

If not for those mistakes.
